MONTALCINO (SI): Nestled in the Tuscan hills at an altitude of approximately 440 m above sea level, a wine-growing and wine-producing company with approximately 29 hectars of land divided into:
* vineyard of about 2.4 hectars placed in rows, of Sangiovese Grosso quality (DOCG Brunello di Montalcino and DOC Rosso di Montalcino), trained by spurred cordon;
* specialised olive grove of about 1.5 hectares made up of about 520 trees of quality leccino, moraiolo and correggiolo;
* arable land of about 1 hectare square metres;
* 24.1 hectares of coppice woodland.
The farm includes various buildings composed of:
* stone farmhouse with 250 sqm dwelling with porches and terraces and with various funds/warehouses for a total of 130, includes large appurtenant courtyard and swimming pool.
* cellar of 250 sqm used for vinification, storage and conservation of wine;
* outbuildings totalling 100 sqm;
The farm has goods in stock, equipment for working in the vineyard and for processing the wine in the cellar.
