FIGLINE E INCISA VALDARNO

Figline e Incisa Valdarno (FI): at about 500 meters above sea level, a medieval village dating back to 1072 known as Castello di Celle, consisting of 10 buildings for a total of about 3000 square meters, divided into three groups:
- Group A: buildings that can be referred to the Modern Age built with mixed limestone, sandstone, and brick;
- Group B: recently expanded and remodeled buildings with limestone from recent construction interventions;
- Group C: medieval tower surrounded by circular walls. Structure in limestone dating back to the 13th century.
The properties have been restored to a raw state following the directive of the Superintendency of Cultural Heritage of Florence, which particularly concerned all load-bearing walls, floors, and roofs of most of the properties.
The property includes about 12 hectares of land divided as follows:
- about 2.3 hectares of olive grove;
- 7.6 hectares of pasture;
- about 1 hectare of woodland;
- about 1 hectare of uncultivated arable land.
The complex had been the subject of transformation into tourist accommodation with a maximum built area of 1,700 square meters, residence for a maximum built area of 600 square meters, and 450 square meters for activities related to service crafts or production of artistic goods.
The construction of a swimming pool is also permitted.
The Castle is located upstream from the famous Il Palagio estate in Figline Valdarno.
